4 Musts to Ace The Leadership Challenge

3. Great leaders need to be great communicators. You need to be able to clearly communicate your vision in a way that inspires others to follow. The way you tell your story will show your passion and draw others’ commitment to your cause.
4. Great leaders need courage. Once you have employees who trust you and who are ready to help achieve your vision, you need to be ready to launch the effort. A big step for once you begin the journey, you must have the drive and perseverance to complete it.
